📍 Where are you located?

Zion Threadz is proudly based in the USA. All of our products are printed locally and shipped from within the U.S. And YES, we are a black owned company.

📦 Will I get a tracking number for my order?

Once our order ships you will receive a tracking number by email.

📐 What size should I order?

We know fit matters when you’re packing for your getaway. That’s why every product page includes a size chart to help you choose the right one. Still unsure? Shoot us a message at zsupport@zionthreadz.com.

🔄 What’s your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery if you're not satisfied with your order.

To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags and packaging included).

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something’s not right, like a wrong item, damage, or print issue, email us at zsupport@zionthreadz.com as soon as possible. We’ll look into it and make it right.

Unsolicited returns (packages sent without contacting us first) cannot be accepted.
